About the Founder

Jessi Dall is the founder of Sophos Speech and Academics, a specialized academic and therapeutic support organization she launched in 2009. Originally from Kansas City, Jessi began her career in education there before relocating to Scottsdale in 2008 to teach at a private school. Driven by a vision to better serve students who learn differently, she founded Sophos and has spent the past 16 years building a trusted, mission-driven organization that supports students both academically and developmentally.

As an educational leader, Jessi has dedicated her career to serving neurodivergent learners and students who require targeted, customized support. Her work focuses on structured literacy, executive functioning development, confidence building, and integrating therapies such as speech and occupational support into meaningful academic programming. Sophos Academy was born from her belief that students should not simply be accommodated; they should be understood and intentionally taught in ways that align with how they learn best.

Jessi is also a wife and mother of three: Emeri (12), Lincoln (9), and Gunner (7). As a parent navigating both enrichment and learning differences within her own family, she brings personal insight to the families she serves. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, high standards, and a commitment to partnering closely with parents.

Through Sophos Academy, Jessi will continue to pursue her mission: creating a school environment where therapy and education work together, students are known individually, and families feel supported every step of the way.
